One fee: AED 3 per guest, every visit.
You pay AED 3 for each seated guest who booked through LastTable, on every completed visit, new guests and regulars alike. No subscription, no contract, no set-up fee. Cancellations and no-shows cost nothing.
What the fee covers
Everything a restaurant needs is in the per-guest fee. There is nothing to upgrade to.
- Your restaurant listed on LastTable, in Arabic and English
- Bookings, the floor plan and your guest list in LastTable Business (web, iPhone and Android)
- Flash Tables you publish yourself
- The AI growth manager, free to hire: the guests it brings pay the usual AED 3 per guest, no credits
- Your team’s logins, support and a monthly invoice
What never costs anything
- Cancellations and no-shows
- Walk-ins and phone bookings you add yourself
- Guests who book with you directly, outside LastTable
- Changing or cancelling a booking in the dashboard

Invoices and VAT
Fees are added up and invoiced once a month in AED, with a secure payment link. Prices exclude VAT. VAT at the standard 5% rate is added to invoices.
Pilot prices are placeholders while we learn with our first restaurants. If anything changes, you will hear from us before it applies to you.
Optional: boosts and credits
Every restaurant starts with a free 14-day welcome boost and 50 starter credits. A boost lists you higher in Recommended, labelled “Promoted”; it never affects Trending or For you. After the welcome boost, a day costs 10 credits (≈AED 8); packs start at 100 credits for AED 80. Credits never pay booking fees, and at zero credits only boosting stops.
Pro plans: optional, later
Every feature is included in the per-guest fee today. Paid Pro plans, with credits included each month at a lower price per credit, may follow later as an option. They will never be needed to be listed or to take bookings, and we will publish the prices here before they open.

Questions
When exactly is the fee charged?
When a booking made through LastTable is completed, that is, the guests came and were seated: AED 3 for each seated guest, on every visit, whether they are new to you or regulars.
Do my regulars cost the fee too?
Only when they book through LastTable: then each completed visit is AED 3 per guest. Regulars who call you or walk in are free.
What about no-shows and cancellations?
Nothing. A no-show or a cancellation never costs a fee, and there is no minimum.
Is there a subscription, a contract or a set-up fee?
No. There is no monthly fee, no contract and nothing to pay up front. You can switch your restaurant off at any time; fees already accrued are invoiced as usual.
How do I pay?
You receive one invoice a month in AED with a secure payment link. Prices exclude VAT (5%).
Will there be paid plans?
Pro plans with monthly credits may come later, as an option. Nothing you have today will move behind them, and we will publish the prices here first.
